My dinner after doing my first proper workout with some weights. I did one of the @alexia clark workouts and it was ✨👌. . I left the hospital 3 and a half weeks ago and I can already see some improvements. My mobility is better, I can go upstairs and downstairs faster, and I don't the use the crutches anymore. I'm still limping but I'm working on my balance and strength. Dinner was basmati rice with black beans, my chickpea style curry and salad. . Fui visitar minha prima e cheguei em casa agora. Eu apenas almocei e vai demorar um pouco pro meu lanche ficar pronto então fiz um pouco (pouco mesmo) de banana com aveia. Eu esqueci de tirar foto do meu almoço, tava com muita fome e também porque a câmera do celular da minha mãe é ruim. Mas meu almoço foi arroz, feijão, batata, beterraba, batata doce, e uma banana.
Today went great! Even though it was a boring Sunday. But ana wasn‘t here today. Sometimes I hear her, she’s loud and screaming, saying “don’t eat or you’ll be fat” but I fought back. I don’t want to make lovely people around me worrying about me just because of such a stupid problem. Yes, I say that it is stupid cause it is. Food isn’t anything bad, no it is something good, we need it to keep our body’s alive, to keep ourselves alive. In this diet generation with all that shit storm we started thinking about food as something bad and something that we should avoid, like if a mother races her child not to go with unknown people!! I made enough people worry about me so it can stop now. I want a ass and some boobz. I also don’t want to feel freezing cold 24/7 or to loose any more hair. Everyone that is recovering, please for the love of gos please fight back! You can do it! You are so strong! And the most important thing: you’re never alone.🌻

Good evening my dears! Lately I‘ve just wanted to update you and to also keep it as an „Diary“ what I‘m doing here, would that be cool? Idk but I‘ll post it for me anyways so😂 Today has been a great day, I went out shopping with my mom and aunt but like nearly always didn‘t buy anything. We‘ve been at home at like 7pm and had our dinner now 👏🏻 Today was hard with hitting my calorie intake sooooooo I‘ll have a big snack now? Good evening 🍃 Today went by way too fast, I learned a lot for chemistry and stayed pretty much the whole day at my grandma🌻 But at 7pm I wanted to go home, to shower and finish my math homework but my mom said that my dad would pick me up and he just said to me that I have to wait at least one hour because he went to private work. Huge mess really, but I stayed chill and just said that I walk home then lol 💁🏻♀️ But I can‘t describe it and would love to know what it was, because out of nowhere I started crying, and had the feeling of throwing up. I’m pretty sure that this was some kind of mood swings and after I realized it, that it really was mood swings I started again crying. How is this possible and why? I mean, I do not have depression, I am recoverying and should be happy right? I have great markes, great friends and so much more to be happy about than to be sad about, or? Also the „having smaller evening snacks“ is hard tbh,TW !!! I wouldn‘t eat them because I‘m feeling full already and have no hunger for sweets or any more food, but I need to reach this freaking point of cals a day so I have to I guess (?) 🤔 Tomorrow is weight day, I‘m a bit afraid of it...🌷☹️ Bye 💕
