Since its chest day, I have a little somthing to get off mine... consider this page a gym rant page from now on. I'm sorry but I can't stand other people "working out" around me... 1. Please shower or do your laundry, the fact that you smell like dirty socks and B.O. at 4am BEFORE you even working out is disgusting... 2. Don't stand 6 inches from the dumbbell rack. Doing side Laterals 3 inches from the mirror and blocking the 25 lb - 35 lb dumbbells is going to get you "interrupted" by me. I'm getting my dumbbells wether your set is done or not. 3. That weight is too heavy old man, you're going to hurt yourself. 4. NO BAGS ON THE GYM FLOOR! I don't care of you have 4,000 followers on Instagram, the first rule on the wall of the gym is NO BAGS ON THE GYM FLOOR! YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL! 5. Wipe down your benches after you use them! I go to use a bench and your head sweat is dripping down the chair??? You nasty fuck.. I have many more but those are all I am experiencing at the moment.... there, I feel better #workhard
Starting 2018 off strong. Took my time away from the gym. Seems everyone nowadays is a fitness professional, a few hundred likes on instagram and suddenly they have the credentials to provide workout plans and meal plans for people. To all the new years resolutioners, who want to get in shape... listen but don't follow, nothing is going to work better than getting in the gym and putting in work... happy 2018... let's get it!
Arm day ✔ It was hard to get out of bed when my alarm went off at 4am....but I did... it was hard to get up and get my cloths on and make coffee... but I did... it was hard to go out into the 20° weather and start my truck... but I did... it was hard to get into the gym and pick up the dumbbells... but I did... now I feel great, ready to kill this day. I have more to do in the next 3 days than most people do in a month but this mindset, this way of thinking, will make my dreams come true, my goals get accomplished, and my life be fulfilled... #workhard #trainhard
